On July 7th (Friday), the Nagoya Meshi Promotion Council visited Gokisho Elementary School in conjunction with the ``I Love Nagoya Meshi'' day being held at Nagoya City Elementary Schools.
I actually had the opportunity to experience a school lunch with a nagomeshi menu. On this day, I visited the 2nd and 5th grade classes and asked them, ``Do you like Nagoya Meshi?'' Almost all of the students responded, ``I love it!''
Also, when asked, ``What kind of Nagomeshi do you know?'', they cheerfully answered ``Hitsumabushi'' and ``Miso-nikomi Udon Noodles.''
We would like to continue working to popularize Nagoya Meshi in various situations!
