Since our establishment in 1920, we have made chewy, firm udon noodles using a secret recipe of stewed miso that has been passed down from generation to generation. We carefully select the ingredients and use all domestically produced flour for our raw stewed udon noodles. The mellow and rich miso used is Kakukyu Hatcho miso from Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture. Please enjoy the taste of Nagoya, which has continued to strive for deliciousness.
