The Nagoya Meshi Promotion Council, which our foundation serves as the secretariat, aims to enable everyone to enjoy Nagoya's unique food culture, "Nagoya Meshi," regardless of nationality, culture, or religion, and is promoting projects to spread the basics and practical know-how for Muslim, vegan, and vegetarian options.

This time, we will be holding a seminar that goes deeper than last year's seminar, focusing on welcoming Muslim travelers from all over the world, and will provide participants with a wide range of information, from the reality of Muslim visitors to Japan, the basics of how to deal with them, to attracting and promoting them.

With experts and Muslim residents as lecturers, this online seminar will provide you with information on everything from the basics to practical examples of how to cater to "Nagoya cuisine." We look forward to your participation.
