An event where foodies living in Aichi Prefecture or working at restaurants within the prefecture are asked to create fun and delicious menus using sweets.
The event will be held in two sections: a restaurant section and a household section.
Anyone can apply online for the restaurant category if they work at a restaurant that serves food within the prefecture, and for the household category by anyone who lives within the prefecture.
For each of the 10 works that passed the preliminary screening conducted by food professionals, the Grand Prix and other awards will be determined through an online vote in which the general public can participate, as well as an in-person screening.
The food and beverage category will be judged by high school students in the food department on Wednesday, November 11nd, and the home category will be judged by elementary school students on November 22rd (Thursday, a public holiday).
The menus selected as finalists in the restaurant category will be served at the creator's store after the contest ends.
